We developed MyDonationbag.com because we were frustrated with the hassles involved in donating our stuff. Our Donation Guidelines 
Acceptable Donations 

Clothing (men’s, ladies, children’s)
Clothing accessories (belts, handbags, ties, hats)
Shoes (men’s, ladies, children’s)
Furniture (re-sellable condition and must be disassembled ready for pickup)
Cribs-Must be ASSEMBLED and not under recall
Mattresses (all sizes)
Household goods (bric-a-brac, kitchenware, etc.)
Bedding, sheets, towels, linens draperies and rugs
Electronics (all size flat screen TV’s, DVD’s, computers, video game systems, etc.)
Pictures and paintings
Antiques, collectibles and jewelry
Toys, bikes, games, books, CD’s

Items we do not take:
Large appliances
Washers and dryers
Water and platform beds
L Shaped Desk or larger than 5 feet
Magazines
Textbooks
Encyclopedias
Swing sets and trampolines

If you are looking to get rid of your used clothes, we can help. We pick up gently used clothing and shoes, including women’s clothes, men’s clothes, and children’s clothes. As well as men’s shoes, women’s shoes, and kids’ shoes.

Donate Furniture Donation Tips
To ensure you have a successful furniture pickup experience, here are a few things to know.

Furniture We Can’t Pick Up:
No platform beds.
No waterbeds.
No large appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.).
No tube TVs.
Wall units/Armoires.

Anything that is well-worn or damaged.
Anything that has stains, water damage or rust.
How to Prepare Your Furniture for Pick Up
Furniture must be on the ground floor.
Disassemble if possible excluding cribs. Cribs must be assembled.
Place it in an area of your home where our pickup specialists can remove it without damaging walls or other furniture by accident.

Don’t put your furniture out on the street!
Steam clean fabric. We can’t take your couch or chair if it needs to be cleaned.
A light dusting of hard items is appreciated but not necessary.
